Hello!

I’m Mayukh. I design products that feel obvious once you use them.

I like messy problems, tidy systems, and clean handoffs. After several years in fast-moving teams, I chose to pause and pursue an M.Sc. in Digital and Interaction Design at Politecnico di Milano (2025) to deepen what matters most, research, design thinking, accessibility, and human-centerd approach.

WHAT I BRING TO THE TEAM

Sharp visuals, testable flows, and a methodical workflow, so everyone moves faster. I prototype a lot, I listen even more, and I measure before I brag.

 

Selected outcomes:

  • ​Led the design team at Ustraa, helping the product scale to 500K+ installs and supporting revenue growth from €4.7M to €8.0M.
     

  • Set up weekly critiques and cleaner specs that cut design rework by about 40 percent.
     

  • At Publicis Sapient, helped keep a multi-product ecosystem coherent by documenting components, aligning tokens, and shipping weekly with clear handoff with almost zero rework requested.

Micro-animations and motion studies, that guide behavior, prevent errors and make interactions memorable.

Reduce decisions, not agency

Remove cognitive clutter while keeping users in control. Progressive disclosure, clear defaults, and recoverable paths.

Evidence over ego

Measure before celebration. If a change does not move a metric or a task time, keep digging.

LIFE OUTSIDE THE CANVAS

If I’m not nudging auto-layout, I’m elbow-deep in succulent soil or obsessing over the perfect minifigure for my next Lego photoshoot.

 

Both remind me that good design is tactile, playful, and occasionally messy.
